Bought a car here years ago, but just googled it for a coworker to get some info... so disappointed to see 3.3 stars! This place was without question the best car buying experience ever! I've recommended five star so many times since!
Worst dealership around! These people are a joke. The people who work here are ruthless salespeople. The will bend over backwards being your best friend the second you walk in the door. They will go to any means trying to sell you a vehicle. Once they rope you in to buy one of thier pieces of over priced junk they won't want to know you after that if you have any issues with the new purchase. Stay far far away from this place!
I came here last week, after I saw their website online. It said Buy Here, Pay Here. Bad Credit, No Credit, No problem. So i went in and the guy I spoke to, didn't make any sense. I said well I thought you guys are a buy here pay here place, and he says oh you don't want that. It's more money than its worth. I said BUT I DO WANT TO That's why I'm here. He was acting as if they don't do that there. Advising me against it. I felt like I was talking to a complete idiot. He made no sense at all. Don't believe their website!!! IT'S FALSE ADVERTISING!!! The salesman didn't even try to help me get in a car. I desperately need one. My vehicle isn't safe. Yet the car sales guy didn't try to help me at all in any way. When it says on their website NO PROBLEM WE CAN FINANCE U! Bull***t!! I thought he was stupid and extremely unhelpful. I'll take my money elsewhere.
Bought a Tundra with a bad computer in the engine? They wouldn't fix it, but instead gave me a different Tundra that wasn't as nice, and charged me a higher interest rate, because I "needed" a new loan for the replacement truck. They ripped me off! Not happy, or satisfied, but they don't care.
Bought a truck from them 3 years ago. It's been nothing but trouble and money ever since. Something new is wrong with it every month. Terrible, dishonest people.
