One time I tried going through with a hitch mounted bike rack and the water jets got caught but the staff reset the wash for me and I went through again with the rack.
This car wash is fully automated, open 24/7 and washes over 60,000 cars per year for nearly 10 years. Occasionally the equipment doesn't operate as intended, but that is really only a handful of incidences each year and our policy is to fix the issue with no charge. We just need to be contacted on site or by phone. We absolutely value our customers.
