Going to Wal-Mart is a one stop store. It has everything you need from groceries to household, jewelry, clothing, toys and many other things we need. The staff is always friendly and helpful.
The customer service here was horrible. We asked people where things were and they didn't have a clue. One person said thank you for telling me when we told her where to find what we were looking for but at least she tried to help us find it. One guy told us to ask someone else who worked there. Another lady interrupted a coworker helping us to ask what time she was going to lunch then try to strike up a conversation. One lady proceeded to give us an attitude in electronics when we asked if we could pay for our items there. She said 5 items or less...we had 7. :/ Then had an attitude saying she had no sacks for our large items each time we put a large item on the conveyor belt...ridiculous. The highlight for us was the fact that it was a two story Wal-Mart with a place to put your cart as you take the escalator up the stairs. It was cool to see.
Greg in electronics was amazing and very helpful. I am beyond grateful for his customer service, knowledge of electronics and the kindness he gave to my boyfriend and I today. Wal-Mart needs more employees like this man. Thank you very much Greg!!!
The only thing I have issue is the fruit, especially the peaches aren't fresh and certain days of each week there isn't as much to choose from of most things as I understand these are stock days.
