Poor attitudes. Poor Customer relation skills. Patient portal is enept and completely useless. Call back service is complicated and ineffective. Doctors are over worked and every time I've seen them they seem distant and only partially present. Refills of prescription given to me by them take 2- 4 days to refill and they always seem to have some question so I can take longer than that even. I've been going for 5 years and complete fed up with these deficits and errors. DO NOT GO THERE. YOU'LL BE UNHAPPY AND POORLY SERVED.
So I messed this up. After receiving my pain meds from Kennebunk pain clinic I was so juiced that I put a comment on the wrong page. Martin's Point is my go to when I need help. They are awesome there and I feel "the fool" for posting the wrong comment on the wrong page. The doctors are empathetic to me, listen and take my comments very seriously. I am a chronic pain suffered and I do not feel the stigma of "narcotics user" at all. They make me feel like I'm welcomed and seem to take my treatment as their own gauge to their own competency. THEY ARE AWESOME! My original comment was for Kennebunk Pain Clinic. It's a terrible a
place for people in pain. They soak nuts.
The slowest medical center I seen. I had explained what I needed through many visits, phone calls and emails. Because Dr Sara Denning-Bolle took her time, and wrote a lame letter to WC which was a waste of writing. Now I'm forced to work with a lawyer due to the fact my doctor didn't believe me. That letter was to cover Martins Point. Definitely, not to help me. Obviously. You let this go. And you know this.
I have been going there for years, I see Beverly Wood, PA and am very happy with the care I get.
