Couple days prior Told bill and his team we would be bringing the ps4 back on friday and bill called us friday morning telling us "we need to tell him what time we're coming in" (we know what time they close and they'll get it at some point on friday) has been nothing but harrassing phone calls everyday from him and his team,i won't be coming back and will be sure to tell my family and friends about this

The most disrespectful person ever the manger bill is childish and a rip off artist the movers are good nice ppl but bill is a rip off hardcore I went to rent a center an that have more respect for u then this childish person
This place is ridiculous called them up for a new bed they delivered a bed that day told us it was brand new come to find out it was infested with bedbugs we got rid of that investigation and they apologize actually did help us with cleaning up the math and everything out only to come back and tell us that we had brand new furniture and that this furniture was all wrapped in plastic as well well rip the plastic off the mattress and that night was a peaceful night a day later my daughter came out with one by then they became more and more persistent keep Aarons furniture out of your home their furniture is not clean and their sales men are not wholesome
They are absolutely what customer service is all about. They have gone above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of.
