I was in there on a Sunday, and I had an appointment. I showed the stylist a specific picture of the cut I wanted. I left there with a cut that I did not ask for. I paid $21. I came back the following Sunday and showed the same stylist the same picture as before and I still did not get what I wanted. I paid $13 for that cut. All together, it was not a pleasant experience. I am not happy.
They have lost most of their great hair stylist. Some of the ones that are there now are horrible.
