The items i sought was described on their web page as in stock for this location. It turned the web was wrong and the item was unavailable. Now, i would have gone to a different location or i might have ordered the items elsewhere but i fell for the old trap and purchased other items (at a higher price then my local hardware store) mostly so the trip wasn't a total waste. If you need something from this store, try your local lumber yard first...
I'm very disappointed we bought a electric brushed metal stove in June 20th 2017 The two men that delivered it very quickly moved it in my kitchen against my side of the sink I noticed it looked a little uneven and he said oh no it isn't it's fine so I left it at that. My husband the other day pulled it out from the wall to try to even it out and noticed a dent on the bottom right hand side so we didn't see it the day they brought it over so they knew it was there and didn't say any thing . We have been buying many appliances from them over the years will never again very dissapointed.
