I love being profiled for driving a sports car, always getting ticketed for going one over. Meanwhile grocery grabbers and cops alike zip by me going 10-15 over without a care.
The officers act like they have something to prove. They will pull u over for doing 1mph over. They harass u if u went to school with them and they were picked on. There the legal form of BULLIES!!!!!
They are so community oriented the few who are not must be hidden away, well, other than the infamous officer who nails drivers for one mile over speed limit. Other than that, very well regarded by citizens in city. Lawbreakers, likely not so much. Very careful about keeping harmful folks away from populace. Big on supporting schools, businesses, helping community and not scandalizing city in public. They are very good about responding to emergencies, dealing with our youngest (kids), and appreciate heartfelt goodwill from citizens. They are trying hardest to keep city safe and eradicate serious crime. They have to deal with a number of people who flout laws and have a college to deal with that certainly keeps them on their toes. They walk a very thin blue line indeed.
Very helpful to those in need. Very well trained in situations involving children and w adults w mental illness. Have seen huge improvements over the yrs in responses of this nature when it comes to the officers. This is esp important in biddeford . They are very friendly to the children and do a great job with public relations on the streets w them. Need to have improved relations with mutual contact between Biddeford and saco regarding related cases
