Friendly, helpful staff. I never had an issue with wait time. Nice facility.
I went there on Saturday to get a passport for my daughter. Due to traffic, we got there at 11:02am when they stop doing passports at 11am. They would not make an exception. I even explained that I had traveled 45 minutes to get there and my ex husband 30. The lady at the counter did not seem to care and was unwilling to make an exception. I thought she was very rude. Needless to say, I am not going there again.
Never have a problem when using this PO.
One of the few post offices without 24hr lobby access for box holders. I was told there were after hour lobby access before getting my Po box. Such bullshit.
Was told to arrive before 11am to get in line & have time for a passport, arrived at 1035am for the passport line. Was in line for a few when we were told we couldn't get in for today. But it was done quite rudely ... a little customer service goes a long way ...
