I've been a tenant for about a year and it is terrible! Stephen Foran, the landlord that manages our property is incredibly unprofessional. In fact he has threatened us on more than one account. In addition neglects to keep the house up to safety codes and regulations. For example the foundation of the house is sloping, the stairs are falling apart, and he neglects to address the black mold and asbestos in the bathroom. After talking with multiple neighbors, we are not the only ones he has done this too. He also tends to keep security deposits regardless of upkeep. If you are a UNE student DO NOT fall for this like many students before.
